A few links of interest to us:

• Letterboxing — We enjoy this pasttime (similar to geocaching). A few of us and friends were hiking up Rocky Mouth Canyon in Sandy, Utah on a Saturday in May. There was garbage everywhere. We decided to be good citizens and carry out what we could. Lauren happened upon a plastic box. What we first thought was garbage was a treasure that led us into one of our favorite pastimes. Our trail name is Digger Dudes (a play on our family name), our stamp is a pick and shovel. We've found many letterboxes that have taken us to peoples' favorite places. We hope to hide our own first letterbox soon—we have several wonderful favorite places in mind.
